Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Ramsdale

Ramsdale would like to wish each and every person we have had the pleasure of dealing with a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  2011 has proved a tremendous year for us, and of course we couldn’t of achieved this success without the help of our valued customers and excellent suppliers.

This year we launched some fantastic new products and special offers, notably our bespoke K2 roof lanterns and our current composite door sale. In keeping with our innovative and generous nature, 2012 promises to be just as lively as we strive to meet and exceed our customers’ requirements and expectations.  So thank you all for choosing us for your home improvement needs throughout 2011 and we look forward to raising the industry bar in 2012!

In recent years, the use of un-plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride or uPVC has grown hugely in popularity and is now one of the most recommended and widely chosen materials used by home improvement companies.
Here’s some of the reason’s you should think of using UPVC:

Excellent weather resistance

Polymer uPVC withstands most conditions, it is highly weather resistant quality is achieved from a high impact resistant formulation. It withstand long exposure in extreme weather, like under scorching sun, storms, dryness or high humidity.

How PC is your PVC?

As we are all urged to help save the planet from global warming, the Governments efforts to reduce energy increases! From not boiling too much water for your cup of tea to loft insulation, we’re all being encouraged to take part, not for us, but for our children and our children’s children, and our children’s children’s children (you get the picture!).

One of the main ways to quickly reduce the loss of energy in your home is double glazing – not just double glazing (although if you still don’t have double glazing at home you’d certainly notice the difference once you did!) but A Rated double glazing! This works exactly the same way as the ratings on white good products such as washing machines and fridges do… they are rated based on how energy efficient they are.
