Design & Pricing

After contacting our house extension advisor (Barrie Ramsdale) with an idea of what you want from your house extension, Barrie Ramsdale and our team of home extension specialists will then put together a detailed building specification and a full quote that outlines all the costs involved. The detailed quote can either be emailed or posted for you to look over.

Planning Permission & Building Regulations

We will put together all plans and architectural drawing before work takes place, as well as helping you with any issues regarding planning permission and building regulations. We do all plans and submit all building regulations on your behalf, making the procedure effortless and stress free and ensuring that planning permission is granted for your new house extension.

Installation

We employ all our own ground workers, bricklayer, fitters and joiners. We have a dedicated Part P registered electrician and have plastered of the highest ability. We have a site foreman and Installation manager who oversee all building work.

Completion & Certification

Upon completion you will receive a pass certificate from your local council. A 10 year guarantee from ourselves, A Part P Certificate from our electrician.
